Jan-Henrik is a software architect with 25 years of experience in web development and high-end software solutions. As CTO, he is responsible for high-performance platforms for international customers and drives AI-supported software generation. He specializes in the orchestration of content, data flows and processes, the very foundation on which AI agents become productive. In the Agentic Coding Hackathon, he shows teams how to go from initial prompts to production-ready code in one day, with clean architecture, clear rules and agents that really deliver.

Matthias is Head of AI & Agentic Coding at Obvious Works and has developed the AI Developer Bootcamp and the Agentic Coding Hackathon from scratch. With 25 years of IT and over 20 years of software development experience, he combines the depth of a full-stack developer with the methodology of an experienced requirements engineer. As co-author of the official IREB AI4RE Study Guide and co-developer of the AI4RE Micro-Credentials, he actively shapes international standards for AI in software development. His focus is on agentic coding, AI-supported software development and the transformation of development teams towards a true AI-first mindset.
