Brief Description

This course provides a practical overview of the use of artificial intelligence in HR - from administrative support to decision-making in areas such as recruiting, performance management and training. Participants learn to realistically classify AI, recognize suitable fields of application and evaluate opportunities, risks and limitations. Other key topics include data protection, fairness, transparency, bias, ethics and legal requirements such as the EU AI Act. By combining theory and practical exercises, participants develop concrete, reflective AI approaches for their day-to-day HR work.

Artificial intelligence is increasingly changing HR work - from supporting administrative processes to decision support in recruiting, performance management and learning & development. At the same time, new requirements are emerging in terms of data protection, fairness, transparency and legal frameworks such as the EU AI Act.

This course provides participants with a structured overview of the use of artificial intelligence in HR. The focus is on a realistic understanding of AI, the identification of suitable HR fields of application and the classification of opportunities, risks and limitations. In addition, fundamental aspects of bias, data protection, ethics and legal requirements are covered.
